Mark Bost is a graduate of North Carolina State University and a retired forester from the North Carolina Forest Service, where he dedicated his career to the stewardship, protection, and management of North Carolina’s forests. He has worked with numerous natural resource groups since retirement and is enjoying his wildfire mitigation work with Carolina Land and Lakes. Outside of his professional work, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors and working with his hands through woodworking projects. Mark and his wife have three children and share a love for family, nature, and rural traditions rooted in hard work and stewardship
